As a part of this we provide advice to both clients and designers on systems prior to installation, including any Health and Safety issues that may arise, such as entrapment/pinch/crush points that could potentially result in injury (and possible subsequent prosecution/litigation), and inform the client of our recommendations to the proposed installation in order to avoid such events from happening (to meet compliance with and/or as set out in BS EN 12978 and BS EN 12453 and the EU Machinery Directive 98/37/EC). If the client does not accept our recommendations then OpenEasy Systems cannot and will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents caused as a result of the failure of the client to act on these recommendations.
