Semi automatic

These devices are manually operated and don't need an electrical supply

They are raised or lowered by lifting or pushing down, after being unlocked with a key

Automatic

This type can be automatically activated by commands given by authorised personnel using cards or remote controls etc

Alternatively it can be programmed to open or close at set times

The device has a double effect pneumatic activation, with an external drive station

The bollard is 220mm in diameter

Hydraulic Bollards

The City is a metal cylinder with a piston mechanism enabling it to be raised and lowered on command. These bollards are highly resistant to impact and atmospheric damage. The bollard is 275mm in diameter and can cope with heavy usage.

These units are housed inside compartments set into the road surface and are designed to control traffic and / or parking

The bollard comes with a 10 metre power cable as standard. The remote control panel will link up to 9 slave boards allowing 10 bollards to operate simultaneously
